This also means that what may be troubling you now can be seen within the context of your whole life; your history, experiences and relationships, including your very earliest ones, and the meaning these hold for you.
Within the therapeutic relationship a safe space will be available for you to think, feel, reflect, explore, make connections and understand, facilitating long lasting change.
